Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Inventory variance analysis.
- Responsible for obtain accurate month end stock report.
- Ensure the periodic operations are monitored against the budget.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of internal control procedures and ensuring adherence to same at all times.
- Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and all system development phases.
- Facilitate and support internal & external audit functions of labs.
- Regular visits to Island wide labs.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- A Finance or Accountancy degree from a recognized university or Full/part qualification in CA / CIMA or ACCA
- An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in commercial sector with product costing.
- In depth knowledge of Warehouse / Stores operation.
- Proficient in MS Office /accounting applications.
- Flexible, dynamic, well organized and engaging with strong interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills.
