Responsibilities
- Ensuring relevant procedures of underwriting formalities are done in accordance with guidelines laid down by the company.
- Processing of claims and relevant documentation as per the company guidelines.
- Liaising with customers regarding technical aspects as and when necessary.
- Stay abreast of insurance industry standards, policies, changes and procedures.
- Assisting the sales force regarding technical aspects when necessary.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma in Insurance or part qualification in Cll or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English & Sinhala, both written and oral.
- Attention to detail and confidence to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
