Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive CRM initiatives and oversee the execution of campaigns
- Collaborate with the IT department to manage CRM systems.
- Develop reports and provide analytical data to the senior management.
- Design and develop presentations for prospective stakeholders.
- Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
- Actig as a liaison between the IT department and other stakeholders to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audiences.
- Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Liaise with research partners on various projects.
- Coordinate with digital experts to improve marketing results.
- Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.
- Identify trends, insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a professional qualification in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills including developing slides.
- Experience in developing CRM programs and campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge on marketing strategies, channels and branding.
- Financial or Statistical background will be an added advantage.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
