ASSISTANT – TECH IMPLEMENTATION
(Based at MAS KREEDA – Biyagama)
By joining the Kreeda team in Biyagama, you will have the opportunity to facilitate data extraction and task workflow, document end-to-end technical solution implementation and empower business users to leverage available Microsoft 0365 tools to establish a modern workplace within kreeda.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Kreeda’s Digitalization led to accelerate technology transfer of Future Proofing Systems, across all its manufacturing facilities (Local and Overseas)
- Lead the UAT & Pilot process of Future Proofing Systems for Kreeda and ensure all bugs and user callouts are addressed prior to the launch
- Act as the single point of contact for both internal and external teams for all technical matters pertaining to Foundation Systems, through which ensure stakeholder expectations are well managed
- Validate and raise CRs on behalf of manufacturing, to ensure effective management/utilization of the CR budget, whilst streamlining the process.
- Automate Data Extraction, Task Workflows etc. within the Digital Excellence Governance Framework to enable smooth information flow across the Business thereby reducing processing times and streamlining workflows
- Train business users on Microsoft O365 and Power Platforms to accelerate Modern Workplace adoption and usage thereby ensuring the task force delivers on its full potential
- Coach the Digital Transformation Executives at plants on how to increase adoption and effectively issue resolution, thereby democratize the transformation effort.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proof of concepts, discussions to drive awareness, in-order to ensure adoption of tech solutions
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, group/company polices procedures*, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity or in business/ system programming.
- Degree holder of IT, Business Management or in a relevant field Microsoft Power Platform and O365 knowledge
- Use of Power Bi or similar tool for data visualizations
- Knowledge on data capturing mechanisms, data quality and storage
- Excellent skills in communication – ability to communicate in a coherent, concise and instructive manner (verbal & written)
- Ability to organize and manage your own assignments and responsibilities with limited oversight
