Executive – Corporate Finance
We seek a results oriented individual who is experienced in corporate finance function. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional individual with a high degree of motivation and excellent communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Job Profile
- Obtain bank balances daily to ascertain daily cashflow status
- Timely submission of daily treasury reports to the management
- Provide monthly reports to trustees as per conditions contained in loan facilities
- Ensure all physical documents are maintained and archived
- Ensure minutes and records of relevant meetings are maintained
- Ensure daily transactions and month end entries are sent to relevant systems and reconciled
- Be the backup for quoted equity and margin trading operational activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or related field
- Have a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
- Possess part qualification in CA/CIMA/ACCA
- Full or part qualification in banking (IBSL) preferred
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Possess good analytical, communication and leadership skills
