Senior Executive – Retail Customer Operations

Your role is to:
- Manage the retail Instant Messaging and Review module.
- Coordinate and manage complaints end-to-end.
- Ensure that customer warranty requirements are available and understood.
- Foster and maintain long term business relationships with after-sales service providers.
- Ensure contract reviews and contract negotiations are accurately completed.
- Lead customer escalations and working with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
A little bit about you:
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from a recognised University.
- Minimum 2 years experience with online customer handling.
- In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
