System Support Executive
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and team oriented individual who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can-do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.
Job Profile
- Provide system support with business function analysis, system enhancement, unit testing, system implementation and user support
- Work with different vendors to ensure continuous support for all platform components, while ensuring timely renewals of SLAs
- Be a member of the infrastructure team and support business operations
Qualifications
- A University degree or similar qualification
- Fundamental knowledge in IT, system implementation, information security & cyber threats
- Have excellent team spirit and the ability to work with internal customers and external vendors
